Preserving Activism Beyond and Between Pratt’s Gates is an ongoing research project that is exploring Pratt’s relationship to the social movements that shaped the school and community from the time of its founding in 1887 to the present.

This research project is a work-in-progress; we invite new collaborators to join us in uncovering the complex layers of Pratt’s history and that of its surrounding community. This website itself will evolve with the frequent addition of new information. See video documentation.
